Watching a TLC show called Strange Sex, they have a guy who is a Looner. Looners are people with latex balloon fetishes, this guy likes to  blow them up as big as he can and pop them. Apparently he can orgasm on occasion when they pop.

He has had one girlfriend but is now single, he said:
